you will undoubtedly work with some incredible people, make best friends, and create lifelong memories. That being said, this is a very typical non union summertsock. Shared housing, typical summer stock pay, and long days filled with rehearsal. The owner deeply cares about the arts and bringing them to the community and puts together really incredible talent, but has to work within a very limited budget. Expect to be on a typical summer stock schedule except no extra duties (no cleaning, no actor tech, just performing!). I will always recommend this for artists starting out who want to build their resumes and network with some incredible directors and performers. I know so many incredible people who started out here and I think its a perfect job for college students and recent grads or if you want to play a dream role. The directors brought in are truly amazing. Its in a beautiful part of New Hampshire and downtown Meredith is absolutely adorable. The local community loves the theatre and there is so much to love about this area.
